Affordable Dentures & Implants publishes its prices per office, not nationally, and every denture price is really two prices: a lower one for a replacement denture and a higher one for the New Denture Wearer Package that first-time wearers buy, which bundles the denture with a year of follow-up care. At the offices we checked (pages saved September 28, 2026), the published entry price is $395 per arch for an Economy replacement denture in both Wichita, Kansas and Colorado Springs, Colorado, with the first-timer package at $755 to $775; the Akron, Ohio table runs $379 to $1,155 per arch for replacement dentures and $729 to $1,795 for packages, and the Denver metro office (Aurora, Colorado) prices highest, from $559. The chain’s own national page describes the Economy denture package at $800 to $1,200 on average, which is what the same product costs where offices price higher.

The price list, as published
Unlike most dental chains, Affordable Dentures & Implants puts a real price list on each office’s “pricing and financing” page. The tier names in current use are Economy, EconomyPlus, Premium and UltimateFit, each with a replacement price and a New Denture Wearer Package price, and the pages state the basis plainly: pricing is per single arch, upper or lower, and “these are minimal fees and actual pricing may vary.” Prices below are per arch.

A full upper and lower set of Economy dentures is two arches, so about $790 where the $395 price applies.
Which buyer you are
The low headline number is the replacement-denture price; a first-time wearer buys the New Denture Wearer Package instead, which costs $220 to $400 more per arch at the offices we checked and bundles a year of follow-up care.
Extractions are never included
Losing ten teeth at the published $105-to-$109 package rate adds over $1,000 before the denture itself.
The low tier is a product choice
The Economy denture is the chain’s basic acrylic denture, made same-day in the on-site lab, and its own materials pages pitch the higher tiers for fit and appearance. The same office publishing a $395 Economy replacement arch publishes an UltimateFit package at $1,795, more than a four-fold spread inside one building.
The Denver metro office (Aurora, Colorado) advertises its fixed full-arch All-In-One implant option at $274 a month with 144-month financing at 11.99% APR rather than as a cash price, which is the one place we found the chain leading with a payment instead of a price; the same page’s data prices the package at $20,900 ($19,900 in Wichita). Against the rest of the market
Affordable Dentures & Implants’ published entry price ($395, its replacement-denture price) sits below Aspen Dental’s ($499 with its savings-plan membership), each with its own asterisk, and both chains’ premium tiers land in the same $1,700-to-$2,400 per-arch neighborhood. Does the price include pulling my teeth?
No. Extractions are billed per tooth on top of the denture, published from $105 to $109 per tooth with a denture package at the offices we checked. A same-day denture over many extractions is a four-figure visit even at the Economy tier.
Why is it so much cheaper than my dentist’s quote?
The chain’s model is volume and an on-site lab, and the Economy tier is its most basic acrylic product. Its own higher tiers, at up to $2,215 per arch, are closer to what independent practices quote. Different products at different prices, not the same product cheaper.
Are these prices the same at every location?
No, and the chain says so: prices are set per office. We found the same Economy replacement denture at $395 in two states while the Denver metro office listed it at $559, the extraction price differed by $4 per tooth between offices, and tier lineups differ too.
