Does Medicaid cover dentures in Arkansas?
Arkansas Medicaid: Adult full dentures covered without prior authorization and partial dentures with prior authorization; all adult dentures are fabricated by the state-contracted lab (Green Dental), which Medicaid pays directly, with the dentist billing only the evaluation and diagnostic cast; adult dental services otherwise limited to $500 per state fiscal year (benefit-limit screen in the same deck). Dental returned from managed care to fee-for-service 2024-11-01.
