Does Medicaid cover dentures in Texas?
Texas Medicaid: No routine adult dental benefit: for clients 21+ dental is limited to services tied to a life-threatening medical condition (emergency-type care); dentures are not a general adult benefit. Exceptions: Medicaid residents of ICF-IID facilities 21+ get dental, and the STAR+PLUS HCBS waiver covers dentures up to a $5,000/ISP-year cap for waiver members
