Does Medicaid cover dentures in Illinois?
Illinois Medicaid dental program (HFS): Full and partial dentures covered for adults 21+ with prior authorization; initial placement when masticatory function is impaired, replacement when existing prosthesis is at least five years old and unserviceable; complete dentures (D5110/D5120) one per 60 months; relines once every 24 months.
