Does Medicaid cover dentures in North Dakota?

North Dakota Medicaid: Full and partial dentures are covered for adults with prior authorization (service authorization); the prosthodontics policy adds replacement limits (7-year limitation on replacement of partial and interim partial dentures, a stated year-limit on replacement of complete dentures, once-in-a-lifetime immediate dentures, 5-year wait after a rebase) and requires radiographs and medical necessity for extractions.

That summary is from the program’s own published wording, read September 28, 2026 — North Dakota’s row on the state-by-state table carries the quote, the source and its date.

Verify a North Dakota license

An NPI record is not proof of an active license — CMS says so itself. Every profile on this site links the North Dakota Board of Dental Examiners' verification search, and you can verify any North Dakota dental license there in about a minute. If what you find disagrees with a listing here, tell us.

How this list works

Everything on this page comes from one source: the federal NPI register (NPPES), read on September 29, 2026. It lists every provider in North Dakota whose register address matches, alphabetically. No one can pay to be added, removed or reordered, and there are no ratings or reviews here — we have not called or visited these practices.

Three caveats the register itself requires: an NPI number is not proof of an active license (verify one at the North Dakota license lookup), addresses are self-reported and can be stale, and a listing says nothing about quality. If you are listed here and something is wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove the entry against the register.
