Does Medicaid cover dentures in Montana?
Montana Medicaid (DPHHS): Dentures covered for adults with Standard Medicaid benefits: partial dentures replaceable every 5 years, full dentures every 10 years, one lost pair per lifetime. Adult treatment services carry a 1205 USD annual cap, but denture, diagnostic, preventive and covered anesthesia services are exempt from that cap.
