Does Medicaid cover dentures in Pennsylvania?
Medical Assistance (Pennsylvania Medicaid): Dentures are a covered adult benefit, but limited to one denture (full or partial) per arch per lifetime; additional dentures require a Department-approved Benefit Limit Exception (BLE). Nursing facility and ICF residents instead get complete dentures one per arch every five years.
