Does Medicaid cover dentures in Hawaii?
Med-QUEST (Hawaii Medicaid): Adult dental benefit (restored 2023) includes prosthodontics: complete upper and lower dentures once every five years, interim partial dentures once per year, denture relines once every two years; unilateral partials not included; since 2024 denture procedures no longer require pre-authorization; new denture not covered if beneficiary has acceptable dentures that can be adjusted/relined.
