This is the Nebraska page of the practice finder: what the U.S. government’s NPI register (NPPES) lists across the 3 cities we cover — 22 denture specialists (each with a profile carrying the register record), 54 oral & maxillofacial surgeons and 289 registered dental organizations — plus the two state-level facts that matter before you call anyone: what Nebraska Medicaid pays, and where to verify a license.

Does Medicaid cover dentures in Nebraska?

Nebraska Medicaid (DHHS): Complete, immediate and partial dentures are covered removable prosthetic appliances, all requiring prior authorization; coverage includes materials, fitting, placement and adjustments for 180 days; one-time replacement of a broken, lost or stolen appliance within the five-year coverage limit, once per client lifetime. The former 750 USD per fiscal year adult (21+) dental cap was removed effective January 1, 2024 (member FAQ, second snapshot ne-2.pdf).

That summary is from the program’s own published wording, read September 28, 2026 — Nebraska’s row on the state-by-state table carries the quote, the source and its date.

Verify a Nebraska license

An NPI record is not proof of an active license — CMS says so itself. Every profile on this site links Nebraska DHHS's license certification and verification search, and you can verify any Nebraska dental license there in about a minute. If what you find disagrees with a listing here, tell us.

How this list works

Everything on this page comes from one source: the federal NPI register (NPPES), read on September 29, 2026. It lists every provider in Nebraska whose register address matches, alphabetically. No one can pay to be added, removed or reordered, and there are no ratings or reviews here — we have not called or visited these practices.

Three caveats the register itself requires: an NPI number is not proof of an active license (verify one at the Nebraska license lookup), addresses are self-reported and can be stale, and a listing says nothing about quality. If you are listed here and something is wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove the entry against the register.
