Does Medicaid cover dentures in New Hampshire?
NH Medicaid (New Hampshire Smiles adult dental benefit): The adult (21+) Medicaid dental benefit created in 2022 (live April 2023) covers diagnostic, preventive, restorative, oral surgery and pain/infection relief, but removable prosthodontics (dentures) are covered only for adults on the DD, ABD and CFI 1915(c) waivers and nursing facility residents, subject to medical necessity. Individual benefit capped at 1500 USD per year excluding preventive services.
