Does Medicaid cover dentures in Indiana?
Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP): Complete and partial dentures covered for members of all ages subject to medical necessity and prior authorization; reimbursed once every six years; 60-day waiting period for all dentures other than immediate dentures; immediate dentures limited to members 21+ with PA.
