Does Medicaid cover dentures in Minnesota?
Medical Assistance (Minnesota Health Care Programs): Since Jan 1 2024 Minnesota statute makes Medical Assistance cover all medically necessary dental services for adults, with no adult carve-out; dentures fall under this comprehensive benefit. Denture-specific limits live in the MHCP Provider Manual dental section (complete dentures without prior authorization, partial dentures require authorization, roughly a 3-year replacement limit per secondary reporting), but that manual page could not be snapshotted (see notes).

Everything on this page comes from one source: the federal NPI register (NPPES), read on September 29, 2026. It lists every provider in Minnesota whose register address matches, alphabetically. No one can pay to be added, removed or reordered, and there are no ratings or reviews here — we have not called or visited these practices.
Three caveats the register itself requires: an NPI number is not proof of an active license (verify one at the Minnesota license lookup), addresses are self-reported and can be stale, and a listing says nothing about quality.
