Does Medicaid cover dentures in West Virginia?
West Virginia Medicaid (Bureau for Medical Services): Dentures are included in the expanded adult dental benefit (effective 2/1/2021) but count against the $1,000-per-calendar-year adult dental cap, so a denture can exhaust most of the year's benefit; codes and service limits are in BMS provider manual Chapter 505 Appendix C; amounts over $1,000 are the member's responsibility at the Medicaid fee schedule
