Does Medicaid cover dentures in Massachusetts?
MassHealth: Dentures listed among covered dental services for members aged 21 and older; some services need MassHealth approval before the dentist can provide them. Handbook dated February 1, 2026. (Program regulation 130 CMR 420 sets denture frequency at once per seven calendar years with prior authorization; that regulation page was not reachable for snapshot.)
