Does Medicaid cover dentures in Texas?
No — Texas Medicaid has no routine adult dental benefit: for adults 21 and over it covers only emergency-type care tied to a serious medical condition, so dentures are not a general adult benefit (residents of ICF-IID facilities and STAR+PLUS waiver members are the exceptions).
