We keep one table of every denture price a national provider publishes, 30 rows across 4 providers as of September 28, 2026. Read as a whole it says three things the individual pages cannot: the published complete-denture market runs from $395 to $2,391 per arch, a 6-fold spread inside two chains’ tier tables; 5 of the 30 rows record a price a provider does not publish; and the office-level prices we could save (Wichita, KS; Akron, OH; Colorado Springs, CO; Aurora, CO) match each other to the dollar, which is what “national pricing” means in practice.
The spread, per arch
The tiers are the price. Affordable Dentures & Implants’ Economy replacement at $395 and Aspen Dental’s Signature Elite at up to $2,391 are both a complete acrylic denture for one arch; what changes is the teeth, the base material, the workflow and the adjustments included. Every provider quotes per arch, so a full set is two of any figure here, and extractions ($105 to $109 per tooth where published) come on top.

The survey average sits above the mid tiers and below the premium ones, which is what you would expect from an average across chains, independents and prosthodontists. The state average and the national average are $144 apart, a smaller gap than between two adjacent tiers at one chain: state matters less to the sticker price than the tier does.
