What the figure includes and leaves out
The estimator multiplies a published per-arch starting price by the arches you pick and adds the published per-tooth extraction fee for the teeth you enter. That is the whole calculation. Two things about it matter.
Replacement is cheaper than a first denture
The chain publishes two prices for every tier: a replacement denture, and a New Denture Wearer Package for someone whose teeth are coming out. The package includes the adjustments and immediate-denture work of the first months; the replacement price does not. Pick the one that matches you.
Starting fees, before any other dentistry
A published starting price is the floor at that office. Exams, X-rays, bone smoothing, a reline as the gums settle and anything the dentist finds are separate. No chain we checked publishes a reline price (2 of them state it is not published).
Offices set their own prices
The ranges span the cheapest and most expensive of the offices we saved (Wichita, KS; Colorado Springs and Aurora, CO; Akron, OH). Your office’s own page controls, and it can differ from all four.
